Roads pending publishing for too long

There are a number of local roads at this location:

that have not been published for almost two weeks. They are not
pending moderation either. Normally features are published in the
order they've been added, so if you add road A and it requires
moderation, adding road B waits for road A to be published. Well these
roads are waiting for two weeks, and I'm not able to extend a DJ703
road there because it touches the "waiting" local roads.

Can somebody fix these roads, or at least delete them (I can redraw
them afterwards) to make editing possible in the area?

Speaking of which, is the "Try publishing" feature supposed to be
doing something? I've never seen it work....

The roads in that area have been published now.

Yes, the 'Try Publishing option' has not been working as intended.

Another issue with a segment of DN51A at this location:

The segment is waiting to be published for a few days, but there's no
other feature modified that it could wait for (and it keeps me from
finishing the road). You can safely delete the offending road segment,
that's what I'm going to do anyways once it's published.

Second issue is solved, the road segment is gone.
