wrong address generated

Hi
i was adding features to this location
http://www.google.com/mapmaker?hl=en&gw=10&ll=31.612796,74.34091&spn=0.002974,0.003734&t=h&z=18
but the default address attributes IN as country was selecting by
default.
i check the Indian polygon it was miles away from this feature.

I also get something like this.

Valenzuela City is not under the province of Bulacan:

POIs I enter automatically have Bulacan as a "state" even if I remove
them from the selection.

I wanted to remove Bulacan from Valenzuela's address but it is greyed
out and cannot be edited.
