Changes not post it on Google Maps

The past few months I have been correcting some errors I have found in
the San Salvador, El Salvador map. The errors go from wrongly name
streets to sections of roads link to the wrong roads. Usually when I
go to Google Map maker, I can see my changes but when I go to google
maps, I see that none of the changes are there. the streets that I
corrected appear as if no changes have been made. Can someone tell me
how long it takes before any changes get post it to the general public
or if I need to do something else to post those changes for general
viewing?

In my experience it takes 2 to 3 months to get a POI or road marked in Google map maker to get published in Google Map
