Cannot add road?!?!?

I try to add a road that is not placed in google maps and I keep
receiving this message.

Hi,
Can you please let us know what place you are adding the data. Map
Maker is open for 175 countries and you will only be able to add data
in countries that have been opened for editing as listed here:
