Subject: End of road moved but not intersected
I edited an intersection by moving the end of a road until it came in
contact with a second road.
The edit has this note: "Interesting notes about this edit: End of
road moved but not intersected" and the intersection is not functional
I have no idea how to make the intersection working properly. It is
possible without deleting road segments?

Yes. Draging an end of road to another road doesn't intersect both.
The end point which has been dragged is still a dead end that means it
will not be used in getting driving direction for a through route. You
can undo the moving of intersection in history tab and then create a
road from there to next one by extending option. That would intersect
the road. Cheers
