What is "User has increased their rate of edits"

Hi! I made over 3100 edits and almost are correct. With my experiences
in cartography I work very quickly. I try to edit road at
http://www.google.com/mapmaker?ll=20.36909,104.271755&spn=0.036812,0.041757&t=h&z=15
But after some editings the comments "User has increased their rate of
edits" appears. What is it? It causes me unpleasant and I must break
my work.
May be, that GMM remove this for editing line-type features???

Hello. There is a limit of 4-5 edit per minute or per half a minute depending on speed of editing. Every next edit will go for moderation with this message specified by you. It is to prevent the spam. If you wait for a while then you can carry on. Cheers

I think the rate would be increased a little without triggeing the
anti-spam, or, add a captcha every some edits, or, add a list of
trusted users or trusted IPs.

A small trick is change the edit manners, such as Add new feature
after some times modifying road sections
