Was Bac Ninh Province (Vietnam) created?

In this area

I saw the boundary of Bac Ninh Province but search Bac Ninh only shows
the Bac Ninh City (a city under Bac Ninh Province).
Was Bac Ninh Province (Vietnam) created?
Please help to find it.

a 3rd party provider and has only been used to show the boundary of
the province. Bac Ninh province has not been marked on Map Maker and
will not be available as a search result or for the addressing of
features. You can make the Bac Ninh province searchable by creating it
