  Well it is now Wednesday night and Saturday is quickly approaching.   With another stepping forward we are sure to have enough cookies to make it through the day!!!   And since the weather is going to be great we will be barbecuing  hotdogs!!!      If you are able to help and have not stepped forward there is still time and lots to do on the clean up day!!

Subject: May 4th Neighborhood cleanup

Hello neighbors!!!     Our neighborhood will be LARGE on May 4th as it will include Stewart & Spring Hill Groups!!!    WELCOME!!!

   Well next week is our neighborhood cleanup!!!   So you have one more week to get ready!     Here is what I know - kinda.......

Weather permitting..... (pray for no rain)(or strong winds)   we will be grilling hot dogs this year at the drop off site (Mann Elementary) for all city workers & neighborhood volunteers!!!!   Back up plan - pizza!

I will get the hot dogs

Jose is getting water

Julie - hand sanitizer!!

Jacquie will provide two pop up canopies & camping table (3x5)

Bud and Lenore from Stewart Group are bringing hot dog buns & condiments

Pat C. is bring cookies!!!

What else?      You let me know!    

(chips, snacks, fruit, brownies, lawn chairs, paper towels, sunscreen-positive thinking!!!)

Ben has offered his truck to help those who need help getting things to Mann.   If I can drive my friends three speed truck there will be two trucks!!!

at our last meeting the following people offered to help at Mann - the drop off site:

Denee, Julie, Jan, Liz.   John will be helping his neighbors?!   Vinny will be there after we get his garage cleaned out (and maybe bring the guys across the street with him!)  Ben will help driving his truck in the neighborhood.       Also Bud & Lenore from Stewart!!!
