Black SUV always cruisong neighborhood.

Does anyone know any details about the large black SUV (blacked-out trim, black light guards, tinted windows, chrome gas filler door on driver's side quarter) .  I often see it going round-and-round the same blocks, looping a few times down the same alleys.  I saw it the other day, and tonight it's doing the same thing, near the Mann school, up and down K, through the nearby alley, through the Mann parking lot.  It shouldn't be hard to get the plate # next time it comes through the neighborhood.

 

Good job to the School Patrol and TPD backup who came right after the dirt-bike riders who were tearing up the grass berms at the Mann parking lot.
