Dear friends, My plans have change. I will not be
around this weekend. The family will be heading out for the weekend. Plan to
cycle Friday morning with Don and Ellen and then take off with the family. Will
not be back till Sunday . I do have Monday off and hope to run and or
cycle early in the morning. Have a great 4th.
