Plan to run an easy pace run from Don's house on Thursday at 7 am. The Knee is much better but not 100%.Wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy new year.I will be in Jersey for the new year. Hear I will need the snow shoes.Hope to be back to my full running miles soon. Next race for me is Myrtle beach:)Love, Crash Kubiak
