Dead spot on Mandala

Just discovered a "dead spot" on the mandala drum! Meaning no sound!
Closed out of Control Burst and Battery 3, unplugged the usb cable,
plugged it back in, opened Control Burst and Battery 3 again and it is
still present. All cells have been accurately ranged (C3-C#3, D3-D#3,
etc.) in Battery 3. I have not been beating the crap out of my
precious Mandala drum!
Has anyone else had an issue with this?

go to File>Preferences... in the Virtual Brain and do the Center
Position Calibration.
