Presets not loading...

hi everybody

I purchased my Mandala USB Drum about a month ago and am since then
experiencing major problems which I can't get rid of.
I've already looked into many forums but could't find any similar
problems yet.
It seems that my Virtual Brain is unable to open up any preset - the
name change in the preset list will take place, but the instruments
and thus their parameters won't change. My system is stuck on Guitar
Hammond....
Strangely enough I am able to change the instruments as single steps,
but the presets won't.
Any ideas on this??

your preset file has most likely been corrupted somehow. just
reinstall from the dvd, or download and install from the website.
