Hey Guys,
i am one sad idiot^^. I have purchased the mandala usb drum and it did
not work on my windows pc (even with asio4all the delay was too bad).
Since i live in Germany, i had to pay about 450 euros to get the thing
into my studio (shipping, tax, and so on...). I wanted to try the
thing out so badly that i bought a macbook pro (!), because i had
previously seen on some official using it on youtube. It works
perfectly well but.... i lost my Black Beauty Software CD... i'm so
mad at myself! I searched everywhere and finally sent a mail to the
mandala tech support, describing my problem (i have the shipping
number, the serial number of the pad, all bills and everything to
proof that i bought a pad) and did not get any response... that was
more than 3 weeks ago. i want to check out the snare ( at the moment,
i am using the "snare drum 2"-button in the virtual brain software
thing, but it does not really kick ass in comparison to the real
snare.
my question: does anyone know, where i can get the software? i don't
know what to do...

i needed a new black beauty dvd too and i emailed and they sent it out
pretty quickly. did you email tech support?
