My mandala virtual brain is defective
can send me a new one?
the program does not start in any way
I could not test it yet and I bought it about a month ago.
delete and reinstall is not a solution

All you need to do is download and install the update from the support
page of mandaladrum.com
That will activate your software. There was a note included with that
message inside a brand new Mandala I just got.
