Buzzing Sound when hooked up to an amp w/

I get this horrible buzzing sound when I connect my laptop to an
Alesis MultiMix 8USB Mixer with USB which then connects to another
mixer to output speakers. The buzzing starts as soon as I start the
Mandala Software and it can be disabled by changing the driver or
cutting it off. Does anyone have any suggestions for me regarding this
problem. I am not particularly experienced with sound setup etc.but
would really like to get this working correctly.

FYI - I am using the ASIO4ALL driver.

if it goes away when you change drivers it could be a setting in the
driver window, like signal vector size. make it bigger.

if it sounds like analog buzzing instead of digital it could be a
ground loop issue with all that stuff you have connected. all the
electrical plugs of the stuff should be plugged into the same
plugstrip or outlet so they share a ground. otherwise the difference
in outlet ground levels could cause noise.
