will using an old powerbook G4 work alright?

I have a several year old Powerbook G4 laptop with a 1 ghz processor,
2 gb of ram, usb 1.0 or 1.1, running mac osx 10.4.11. Is this setup
fast enough to handle a mandala with no audio breakout box? I want to
use battery 3, reason, or ableton live for samples. Any input would
be greatly appreciated, I really want to get a mandala asap for my
bands live shows but will wait if my computer will have serious
latency issues.

Hey mate I've got a 1.67ghz G4 powerbook with 1.5gig ram and also
running 10.4.11.I only have one mandala but runs great through virtual
brain and battery 3....Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info, I'm mainly worried about the older usb and the
1ghz processor. I ordered one mandala this week so hopefully it'll be
as smooth as yours.
