Hi Folks

I am still ploughing through  Yoast’s SEO recommendations for my 1,400+ pages

And I’ve come across a tricky issue.

Some of the articles on my site are long essays, split up into multiple pages (say pages 1 to 10 for instance)

If the essay is on “Short Stories” for example, my FOCUS KEYWORD for the first page will be = ‘short stories’

But if I use that again on page two, I will be warned against using duplicate keywords

If I was to use instead ‘short stories 2’ – that would pass muster as a unique keyword

But nobody is ever going to do a search on ‘short stories 2’ or any other number up to 10

So how do I NAME the separate parts to a long article which has been split up into manageable chunks?

Any ideas?

Sorry to miss last night’s meeting.

Best wishes
