Plugin for Captcha

Hi All, can anyone recommend a plugin for Captcha on registration and/or posting?

I wouldn't recommend any. 

CAPTCHA is a divisive technology that excludes many people with accessibility issues.

I will do my best to avoid spam using alternative methods on my own websites, unfortunately, where I work might take a different view.

Captchas are a pain I agree. Try the Invisible Captcha though - it just
requires JS and generates an id and value of a hidden field. I have this on
two sites and it seems to work OK but doesn't require the user to enter
anything at all.

Other than that, I also use Bad Behavior although recently this caused a
problem with GoDaddy's check-domains web analyser so I replace that with
WordFence which is quite comprehensive and recommended by a number of
bloggers.
