Ok folks

I spoke to the inimitable @davemee today and it looks like @madlabuk
can kindly offer us a place to meet on the first Monday of every
month. I think that would be great. The next "first Monday" is 7th
June. That might not be enough notice but I plan on being there.
Perhaps we should make use of the facilities (i.e. electricity,
interweb, quiet, perhaps a large-ish monitor :-) and bring some beers
and watch & discuss one or more of the Google IO videos.

I'm going to suggest a start time of 19:00 but this is dependent on Dave.

What say you all?

Hi,

I've not posted here before so I may as well introduce myself while I say that I plan on coming. I'm Matt, a first year Computer Science student at the University of Manchester. I'm interested in android development but I've also done a fair bit of web development in the past as well.

Like I said, I'll most likely be coming to the meetup, even though it's the night before an exam ;-)

I look forward to seeing people there.
