Welcome to Managing Human Waste in the Wild Goggle Group.  We are an international group interested in the best practices and latest research managing this complex issue in remote areas.  The idea to form this Group came from the 2010 Exit Strategies conference held at The American Mountaineering Center in Colorado.  There is plenty of interest in this field and as a Group we try to answer and field questions from the many experts who are members.  We want to keep the forum focused on remote roadless areas and scenarios.   We appreciate your questions and exchange of information!

For the complete presentations of the Exit Strategies Conference and the Sustainable Summits Conferences 2010, 2014, 2016 and 2018 can be found at: http://sustainablesummits.org

This site is managed by Roger Robinson, retired Mountaineering Ranger with Denali National Park and Canadian, Geoff Hill, PhD (remote site waste management) and the Director of Toilet Tech Solutions.  Please contact Roger or Geoff if you wish to be a participant.
