Doesn't this sound a lot like a dozen years ago that Manitoba Conservative
Party leader Premier Gary Filmon? While campaigning for re-election
Mr. Filmon was asked if the province had any plans to sell off MTS, he told
reporters that his government had No plans to privatize, six months later it
was sold out from under Manitobans, he lied.
Then Doer denied his intention to sell Hydro (just like Filmon did on MTS),
which leaves a sour taste with Manitobans.
Just who do we trust?
If the history of Manitoba's politics is true to form, Mayor Katz will sell off
our water utility even after saying that the city won't loose control of it.
Well Mayor Katz as far as I know, if you sell something it's no longer yours.
It's like selling a car, and then telling the new owner they can't take the car
on holiday.
Are you going to pull a fast one on the citizens of Winnipeg Mayor Katz?
