Subject: ISS and Shuttle tonight at dusk

The Space Shuttle Discovery (STS-128) undocked from the International Space
Station (ISS) this afternoon and is preparing to return home

At dusk tonight (Tuesday, September 8) the pair will make a bright pass over
Southern California, traveling side-by-side across the northwestern sky from
west to east between about 7:44 p.m. to about 7:51 p.m. PDT.   At their
highest the two will reach about 38 degrees above the northwestern horizon.

To find exact times and directions for your area, visit:
http://www.heavens-above.com <http://www.heavens-above.com/> .  I recommend
free registration so you can visit from time to time and keep your location
on file.   Here you can select your town from a database or add your own
latitude and longitude.  Once in the site, scroll down to "Satellites" and
then click "ISS".  You can also visit http://www.spaceweather.com/flybys/
and enter your zip code, but I've found this site to be sometimes less than
accurate.
