Hey, here's a spreadsheet with a list of businesses, contacts and the information from the brochure.  Feel free to add any businesses that aren't on this and update your info as well.  This is a list of businesses that we're going to put on the malvernia.com website.

There is a column called "Brochure" that has an X on it, those are the businesses that we want to contact regarding the brochure.  Nicki, Tom, Darren and I are going to be making the rounds this week to get their business information for the website and to see if they want to go in on the Malvern Brochure.

This document is stored in google docs, on the internet.  You can make changes to this and other people can see them.

I want to see how hard this is for people to use.  There is also a calendar that can be shared and you all can make changes directly.  I would like to get feedback on if this is something that you all would be interested in using.  

The main thing is to keep the documents and calendar online and available to everyone at all times.

The goal for this comming weekend is to  get this spreadsheet filled out and sent to the graphics guy the following week.

We're thinking that we will have another meeting when we have a sample brochure to show everyone.

If anyone wants to b.s. on Sunday mornings in the mean time let me know. I usually try to make it down there around then.
