Please note that this newsgroup is being phased out in favour of a new moderated newsgroup which will be called malta.news.announce. Hi Tim, This newsgroup is about USENET news administration, and is moderated. Your newsserver (more accurately your ISP's newsserver) is probably misconfigured, so please let your ISP know so they fix the problem.
