CHARTER for unmoderated group malta.comp
malta.comp is for the friendly discussion of all aspects of Informatics,
IT, computing, including Internet and computer related communications,
especially in the Maltese context.
ADVERTISING
Advertising is not allowed on this newsgroup
BINARIES AND FORMATTING
Encoded binaries (e.g. pictures, compressed files) are not allowed throughout
the malta.* newsgroups.
Such material should be put on a web or FTP site and then a pointed
to these may be posted. Cryptographic signatures (e.g. PGP) may be
used.
Posts must be readable as plain text. HTML, RTF, Word DOCuments and
similarly formatted messages are discouraged, since not everybody will
be able to see them correctly.
