We are serious about finding a highly experienced ruby developer and
to prove this i am offering the right person up to 8K RM per month for
the position.
Surely there are some experienced and talented coders out there who
want to work on an exciting project which you will be in charge of
from concept to development. This is a one off opportunity to really
build something which will be the cornerstone of our business for
years to come.

Oh one thing also guys.. its not 8K to anybody who gets hired just to clarify that. However if you show good experience, then thats as high as i will go on the wage. Obviously it will depend on your level of experience! :)
