Hay thanks every one the machine is together! I can jog it in all directions and Everything heats up too, but found a few more issues before I can do my fist print.

Every time I press the home button (all except z) on "Printer Interface" it moves the bed to the micro switch stop and goes into a  disconnected mode. Then I have to unplug the M2's USB cable press the disconnect button on the screen, then reinsert the USB cable and press the connect button.
     1. Are the limiting switches designed to shut off the electronics all the way like I described, or are they to tell the unit when it is at home?
      2. How do I set a home location to stop this!

Change Gears (Clunck) I have other issues but to make them easyer for others I will put them in a new topic.

One other thing, now that I have gotten this far, my cubical mate can't wait for the first print, mybe you should send traqulizers instead of candy!
he thinks it's Christmas or something!

Your limit switches are plugged into your electronics the wrong way around.

Hay Thanks that got me past that issuse.  Thried to print and everything was moving couldn't get it to feed or extrude, then it stopped and the extuder temp just started dropping.  tryied everything but a reboot of the PC doing that now!

Helpful tip in case anyone else sees this thread in the future: test
limit switches with the M119 command entered manually holding a given
switch down. It should show it going high. Release, M119 command,
should show low. Do fhis for all three.

I found this very helpful in ensuring that the switches were installed
correctly.

When you plug the limit switches in backwards, you short the 5V power to ground instead of the intended signal line to ground. This means no more power to the Arduino and thus no more signal to the MOSFETs that control the heaters. Also, not a good thing for the USB on your PC which may potentially be supplying the 5 volts.
