Interesting. I think it would compare closely with downloading a
(ebook) PDF to print, or burning a non-DRM audio file to a CD. I
would expect that logic to extend to personal vs for profit use. A
company can't download and burn a CD or reprint a book without
licensing royalties. A person is free to do so under fair-use.
