Subject: Extruder fan not working

Hi guys

I have just received my makerbot replicator and noticed when ever i print
that the right extruder fan does not work . I emailed tech support and they
suggested i check the wiring to the mother board has not come loose. I
checked but and it was slightly loose but not enough for the fan not to
work. Now the problem has progressed to the left extruder fan and i am
unable to print without over heating the extruders....

Has anyone els experienced this issue?

 can anyone help?

Thanks

Sounds like you have a buggy machine.  I would contact support directly and
ask them to fix the problem.  You should not have to be dealing with this.
They could answer this better, but it makes me suspicious of the board
that first one fan did not work and now the second one does not.  I assume
you are running with default settings, right?  If not, you might want to
reset everything to defaults and try again.
