I've noticed that prints that I center in ReplicatorG (using the
"Center" button) are actually printing about 17mm to the right of
center. I haven't done a lot of calibration, but can someone give me
an idea as to which settings I need to start looking at?

I've seen similar on the right extruder.  You'll  notice it's half the distance between the nozzles.  I calibrated my extruder alignment, but at the same time, switched to the left extruder.  They seem to be centered now, but I'm not sure if it was the former or later that fixed it.

In case it isn't obvious -- and it wasn't to me -- you align your extruders to the platform by running the script described in this thread:   http://support.makerbot.com/entries/21250401-replicator-seems-to-print-small-and-only-on-right-side-of-platform
