Safety Swich Red Light is on

to MakerBot Operators

My TOM has been working smoothly until I started a new build and
noticed that the Heater Board was not raising in temperature and that
the Safety Switch red LED was on.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot would be appreciated.

Check the thermostat for the safety cutoff. Either it's getting too hot and triggering, or it has been disconnected from the board.

Solved! I tightened the thermostat connection and all is OK.
