Enzyme pill

Hello everyone,

I just bought the book and want to start the detox this week! I hope
I can avoid all the holiday pounds this year by doing a detox and
curbing my appetite for cookies and eggnog. Can anyone give me advice
on which enzyme pills are the best? Dr.Roni isn't really specific on
that and I'm unsure which ones are best and where to get them.

I bought some chewable mango (or something) ones from GNC that were terrible
tasting -- too sweet.

There are so many varietys of enzymes and everyone uses something
different. Try whatever ones you would like or that are recommended
by the store where you buy them. Personally I use Natures Plus Ultra Zyme.
