bug in step_master_ovs?

Hi,

Perhaps you've fixed this minor bug?

The master_slc was set as the absolute path in Line 44, so that the path
was wrong for the linkage in Line 93, i.e. $INSARDIR/$master_slc. It
works for me to change Line 44 as followed, i.e. removing $cwd.

set master_slc = $masterdate"_crop_ovs.slc"

original codes in step_master_ovs:

L44: set master_slc = $cwd/$masterdate"_crop_ovs.slc"
L93: ln -s $INSARDIR/$master_slc # MA
