Help with bird ID

Hi folks,

I saw this duck on Friday at the Essex Bog in Bangor. Could this be one of the teal species?

One of the key things to look for on hen-plumaged Green-winged Teal is the little slash of white (or buff white) at the base of the tail on the under tail coverts. This bird shows that well.
