On a staff work outing on Beech Hill Preserve in Rockport this
afternoon, in fog and rain, I noted singing:
6+ Eastern Towhees
1 Field Sparrow
1 Song Sparrow
2 Savannah Sparrows
1 Black-throated Green Warbler
All FOYs for me except the Song Sparrow.
The songs carried beautifully over the blueberry barrens in the mist.
