turning a list of addresses into an Address Book entry from MS

I've just laboriously typed in a lot of email addresses into the BCC field of a message and then tried to save myself the effort of doing it again by dragging them into Address Book (unfortunately this crashed Mailsmith and I sent the report: fortunately I had copied them all the clipboard).

But there seems no easy way to get them into Address Book as a set of entries. Am I missing something? (Mail couldn't do it either).
