Does install.sh work yet with 5.0? Just tried on a new machine, .. but
there appears to be a problem with the dashboard:

Is there a different install.sh for 5.0?

    Thanks!!!

Hi,
Weird, i have already installed mailserv on 2 servers (i386 and amd64
arch) running OpenBSD 5.0 and everything works fine.

I will try a new install.

Cheers,

Wesley.

hi

this kind of install errors happens when some of packages was not properly
downloaded by git. in this case should help to delete /var/mailserv and run
git clone again

Cheers

David

Hi David,

Blew away /var/mailserv, .. reinstalled - did not see any package
errors other than 'already installed, no change' (did not delete the
databases, but I don't think that would not affect gateway
problems), .. same problem. The admin menu presents  the login screen,
but then "We sorry, something went wrong", .. nothing in the logs. The
normal mail site is just a 502 bad gateway from nginx.

Can anyone point me to a known, working, install on 5.0, or should I
fallback to 4.9? BTW - This is i386, .. could that be a problem?

    Thanks!

how about this problem, were you able to sort it out?

weird just installed for i386 and works me (found a problem with a awstat
package but this issue does not have impact on 'bad gateway' problems)

yes it works for i386 and am64 platforms.

From user side the installer is the same for all versions.
it uses a git branch selector  inside the script which mount correct version

+ I installed from scratch on i386 obsd - install50.iso  on esxi
(f.e. from here http://openbsd.cs.fau.de/pub/OpenBSD/5.0/i386/install50.iso)
+ everytimes I selected option 1 for (postfix, php, sql)

I can see remotely if you want drop me an email with access.

Cheers
David
