I can't find any hint of support for it. Did I miss something? If not,
is there any work adding support for 6RD (RFC5569)?

A patch for 8.x is available:

and I am working on merging it into CURRENT now.

May I suggest that you use ANSI style function parameters declaration instead of K&R function parameters declaration? Also, the return values must be between parenthesis.
