MailCHimp API - How to localize subscription message?

I'm using MailChimp API. When users subscribes how to localize
subscription? How to localize confirmation message? Is there a way to
send to MailCHimp API users locale so it receives confirmation message
in correct language?

This really isn't API related. Here's a knowledgebase article to get
you started:

You can also do it with conditional content. If you have issues with
that, use the support options there.

Then, there is not currently a way to configure a subscribers language
via the api.
