Segmentation Options

Hi.

There is some inconsistency with segmentation options across methods.

Documentation of "campaigns" method states:

segment_opts | the segment used for the campaign - can be passed to
campaignSegmentTest() or campaignCreate()

This is true for most segmentations, but definitely not for
"interests" where interest groups are returned as Array of integers
(probably groups numbers).
Instead campaignSegmentTest method requires a comma delimited string
of group names!

So, segment_opts, received from campaigns method and passed to
campaignSegmentTest cause error "270 - 1 is not a valid Interest Group
for the list: xxx"...


And again, there is something strange with campaignSegmentTest and
"social_age" field. Server refuses to process such request following
by error: "500 - Internal Server Error"

The issue with social_age is also affecting the other social related
segmenting options. A fix is in, but we're in a code freeze, so it
won't be available until that's lifted, which should be next Thursday.

The interests issue in the campaigns() segment data won't be fixed at
this time as it is usable, albeit not directly, so I don't want to
risk breaking that for anyone who may be using it.
