Im trying to create a campaign from PHP API and i get this error:
ERROR CODE = 311
MESSAGE = Your list has an email type option, so the text part is
required
Can you help me to solve this?.

Sure. I can't find an article on it at the moment, but under your
list's settings, there is an option to allow users to select their
email type (format). When that's on and you don't include the 'text'
content:
http://apidocs.mailchimp.com/rtfm/campaigncreate.func.php
you will get that error message. The "generate_text" option will also
allow you to not include it.
