syncing up after member changed email

So we're subscribing using our own form, saving data to our db and
pushing listSubscribe with double opt-in through the api. Now, we have
a user with email address us...@domain.com and we can listMemberInfo
identifying him by this email, but once he changes his email via
mailchimp profile editor, how can I find him again?

Your best bet here is to subscribe to the "upemail" Webhook.
