Reading from multiple inboxes?

Hey All,
We used this gem for a bunch of projects recently in Mendicant
University, and one question that came up was whether the gem could
support receiving incoming mail from multiple inboxes in the same
application... Currently it looks like this would involve changing
the configuration object from a singleton to an ordinary object
(perhaps with a default global object to maintain the same API), but
perhaps there's another way I'm not seeing? If so, is that a feature
that if I were to fork and add others would be interested in merging
back to the mail gem? Not sure how easy this'll be to tackle in a
compatible way, but thought I'd at least ask. Thanks!
