2.4.0 Released

At RailsCamp this weekend and got a new gem released, 2.4.0.
Thanks to all the contributors, there were many! Anyone who feels they have missed out on a pull request getting in, please send it in, or fix tests as indicated and I'll do a 2.4.1 release within a week or so.
You can install same as usual:
gem install mail
