One thing we have going in our favor is that ours is first on the list...

How to do you vote?  Is it just by number of views?

Jacob

Just got an e-mail about the 'chipkit contest'.

@microchip.com    11:15 AM (6 hours ago)
to Hey Everyone:
     I just wanted to send you a note on the contest. The judging component of the contest is now closed. The next step is to tabulate the results and determine the winners.

     As some of you may have noticed, we did have some very obvious tampering to the number of views of the YouTube video and similarly to number of judging surveys submitted for one of the entries. This is indeed an unfortunate turn of events. We are currently waiting from our legal team on how to proceed with judging of the entries for this challenge level. It does seem on the surface that its quite obvious which judging surveys were part of this tampering. However, we want to make sure that we proceed in a way that is fair to all entrants and to respect the obvious hard work that each did.

      We do have a couple of winners already for the first and second level challenges as we only received one entry for each level. So that was easyJ

      We will officially announce these winners shortly.

      The winner(s) of the third level challenge will be announced as soon as possible.

     Announcements of winning entries will be sent via email to everyone on this mailing list, posted on our chipKIT.net homepage and YouTube channel.

     Thank you again for entering the competition. You all did an amazing job!!
