Custom post type in Menu

I'm having issues getting my custom post types to display in the Appearence > Menus section of my site. I'm working on a fresh install of wordpress 3.4 with magic fields ,latest version. 

I created a new post type and its set to show in menu but its not showing up in the left of the menu page.

I'm not sure if I'm missing a step but this is what i remember having to do with earlier versions when I last developed with Wordpress.
