Here's a bunch of new cards, quite a few implementing the Threshold mechanic.

Thanks! I've started to integrate them to the repository. I noticed some threshold hold cards where implemented using MagicCDA which is not correct, it should be MagicStatic. MagicCDA is mostly for cards with pt as */* such as http://magiccards.info/m10/en/107.html
