March meeting and Earth Day

Hey all

I have managed to get our Earth Day event registered with the national organizer and you are welcome to register your attendance at https://driveelectricearthday.org/index .  

Following that lead, it is important that we keep some count of attendance going into any show so that we can capitalize on the positive momentum (of people signing up) in order to coax others to attend.  Our March meeting is scheduled to start at noon with an EV car show/display and is currently getting good interest on the KC area car show Facebook link, but it can do better.

Can we start a thread of people that will be attending at noon with their cars?  The meeting invite follows and please note that the Zoom portion has been put off until 130 on the chance that the parking lot requires additional attention.  Among our activities is to narrow down our calendar of events (also attached).  We are required to inform nationals of our calendar and any “as the year progresses” activities so that we can have insurance coverage.

Hey all

A quick reminder of our NOON meeting this Sunday.  Thus far only one person has confirmed attendance.  Can we develop a list of cars and types of cars that may be present so that we can share it with the Facebook event page - we are getting interest there from the general public to attend and learn.
