Mountainbiking Association of Dublin has posted a new item, '"Improvers" Spin on Saturday'

This weeks “improvers” type spin leaves from Taylors Three Rock at 10am on Saturday. The destination - you’ll find out on the day. If you’ve been through our beginners course you’ll manage fine. Bring all the usual essentials and if you have any questions - just ask.
